Due to having taught a wide variety of students whose needs are diverse, lessons are tailored to the individual needs of the student. The goal remains constant; the approach differs.

 

Over the years I have found that learning to drive can be daunting. I have worked with many students who experience significant anxiety and my patient, gentle approach provides a safe space for them to learn the techniques required to drive safely. I communicate clearly and repeat manoeuvres at a comfortable pace for each individual.  

 

My approach has proven to promote positive outcomes for students on the Autism Spectrum, those experiencing anxiety, as well as those who experience learning difficulties

 

Feedback is given to the student at the end of the lesson, and to parents or support workers where necessary. 

 

Progress reports can be provided if required. We are a registered NDIS service provider.
